The Intersectional Leader Immersive

May 16 - 18, 2024

Austin, TX

Conscious women leaders will change the power structures of the world.

If you think the old guard was resistant to digital transformation, watch how agitated they get as we lead equity-based transformation.

There is a growing number of executive women who are committed to equity-based transformation of their organizations, industries, and communities.

This kind of transformation requires a radically different leadership model that's more equitable, decentralized, and empowering.

This model is called Intersectional Leadership.

Intersectional Leadership is a groundbreaking approach, developed by Dr. Virginia Lacayo that integrates systemic feminism, neuroscience, and complexity science. This fusion creates organizational cultures that are not only more inclusive and conscious but also highly adaptive and innovative; ensuring that profitability and growth do not come at the expense of equity and empowerment.

The Intersectional Leadership model combines all of Dr. Lacayo's areas of expertise to provide the kind of support she sees as essential to lead social change: her experience and perspective as a Latina activist and long-life feminist, her knowledge of complexity science, her expertise in communication for social change, and her background as a systemic leadership and mindset coach.

An Immersive Experience Just for Us

As a conscious woman leader, you're leading the way in making positive changes in your organization and community. But it can be tough when change happens slowly, and you're constantly having to push back against doubters and fight a system that doesn't want to change. It's also interesting to note that important ideas like feminism, neuroscience, and complexity science are often missing from traditional leadership training, almost as if they were purposely left out.
